It´s easy, just click the trekking package that you wish, pick the date, select the type of package, then the system ask you to fill the number of person and just follow the booking process. It is quick and easy, you can pay by credit card or with your PayPal account, and you will receive immediate booking confirmation. You can pay Full Amount or Just 30% Deposit
No, PayPal is just the payment provider, you can pay with a credit card, when you reach PayPal just look for the link that says ‘ Do not have a PayPal account ‘, or ‘ Pay with a card’.

Once your booking approved to be paid upon check in/Arrival/On Location, you will receive the email Approval. It’s take Max 24 Hours for system to review your request.

Yes, as soon as you have completed the booking process you will receive email notification confirming the details of your booking from email@example.com. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes please login to your email provider and check your Spam/Junk folders. Please then mark our email as Safe/Not Junk.

Yes, you can cancel your booking but the cancellation policy applies.
TRANSFER AND ALL TREKKING PROGRAMS, valid all year round: Cancellation less than 24 hrs prior to scheduled transfer will attract a 100 % cancellation fee of Published Rate.
HIGH SEASON PERIODS (from 1st July to 30th September- from 20th December to 15th January): Cancellation within fourteen (14) days of scheduled program will attract a cancellation fee of fifty (50) percent of Published Rate
ALL OTHER PERIODS: Cancellation within seven (7) days of scheduled program will attract a cancellation fee of fifty (50) percent of Published Rate.
STAY/ROOM PACKAGES: Cancellation within seven (7) days of scheduled check in will attract a cancellation fee of one hundred (100) percent of net rate.
PRE PAID TREKKING PROGRAMS: Cancellation of trekking program when the trekker is on location: no refund.

Yes Possible. You have to advise us at least the day before service day.
You can stay at any hotel at this area: Airport, Kuta, Selong belanak, Praya, Lembar, Mataram, Senggigi, Batulayar, Mangsit, Kecinan, Teluk Nara, Teluk Kode, Bangsal, Tanjung, Senaru, Sembalun & Tete Batu. Please contact us if your booked hotel/willing to book hotel outside those areas. Contact us also for the pick up time.
Basically you have to be in Lombok Island the day before trekking, but we also can pick you up at Gili islands with extra charge. Other option, you can book private boat at Gili island to go to bangsal harbor, we will arrange the pick up from Bangsal Harbor (Confirm the time).
Transport after trekking also included, the area is same as the pick up area.
Yes possible as long as the area is on our free transfer area.
Then we will drop you to bangsal Harbor. Yes you can, normally you will arrive at Bangsal harbor by 4-5pm and still possible to catch the public boat. Other option is using our private speed boat (Available 24 hours) please contact us for more info.
Yes you can leave at our office in Senaru village (Free of charge) during the trek. Please advise our representative staff.
