North Lombok 10 March 2022. Together with the Head of the Mount Rinjani National Park Office in Senaru Village during the Rinjani Begawe event, the Deputy Governor of West Nusa Tenggara announced that the Mount Rinjani National Park would open earlier this year. Usually Mount Rinjani National Park is closed from January 1 to March 31 every year due to high rainfall and the area's recovery period after being opened for 9 months, however this year Mount Rinjani officially opened to visitors starting March 16, 2022. Also on this occasion, the Deputy governor said that all stakeholders must prepare everything starting from human resources, safety aspects, health aspects and also cleanliness of the area. Meanwhile, for business operators of tourism services to Mount Rinjani, of course this is a breath of fresh air considering that the MotoGP event will soon be held at Mandalika Lombok. It is hoped that MotoGP viewers can schedule to climb Mount Rinjani after watching MotoGP.
