Base on the official announcement letter from Mountain Rinjani National
Park Management (BTNGR) number PG.14/T.39/TU/KSA/4/2022 signed on April 21st, 2022. National Park announced that the visitor quota has been
increased to 75% (Previous quota 50%) from the normal quota.
Since the pandemic of covid-19, visitor quota to mountain Rinjani has been
limited. On early trekking season 2020, quota only for 25% from normal.
On 2021 quota is increased to 50%. Dedy Arsyadi (Head of Rinjani
National Park) said, Mt. Rinjani is the first and only National park in
Indonesia that approved to be open 75% and the trekking duration also
has been increased up to 4 days and 3 night trek.
This is a webpt from the Government to everybody that involve in Rinjani.
Hopefully this webpt can solve the problem that happen recently that
Trekking organizer complain about the quota that always fully book
especially holiday season like Eid Mubarak (May 4th - 10th) Dedy said.
