Why should I book a package with Rinjani Trekking Center?
We organizing the trek by our self. We are not a agency (Middle Man). We are fully licensed and registered under CV. Nusantara Jaya Group. A company that run the tourism business from since 1997.
How do I book the Trekking Package?
It´s easy, just click the trekking package that you wish, pick the date, select the type of package, then the system ask you to fill the number of person and just follow the booking process. It is quick and easy, you can pay by credit card, PayPal, Virtual Account or at Convenience store, and you will receive immediate booking confirmation. You can pay Full Amount or Just 30% Deposit
Can I Pay On location with online booking?
Unfortunately No. Trekking pass and insurance is prepaid and non-refundable. So we need your pre-payment at least 30% to cover this cost.

Do I receive Booking Confirmation?
Yes, as soon as you have completed the booking process you will receive email notification confirming the details of your booking from booking@rinjanitrekkingcenter.com. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes please login to your email provider and check your Spam/Junk folders. Please then mark our email as Safe/Not Junk. Please sign up for user account at our website, easier to track your booking via dashboard.
Can I change the dates of my trekking?
Yes, just advise us by email to info@rinjanitrekkingcenter.com. (this is subject to availability). Since April 14th, 2025, The hiking tickets that have been issued cannot be rescheduled. So you have to buy a new ticket IDR 300,000/person/day of hiking, this new ticket will be charged into your bill.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes you can, please check the cancelation policy at: https://rinjanitrekkingcenter.com/term-of-service
I am a vegetarian, Can I get vegetarian food?
Yes, please advise us upon booking.
Can I upgrade/Downgrade my whole package or some item of service (ex: room, extra porter) after booking confirmed?
Yes Possible. You have to advise us at least the day before service day.
Where do I have to stay the day before trekking?
We can do pickup anywhere in Lombok Mainland, We will confirm the pickup time.
If I stay at Gili Islands the day before trekking, What should I do? Can I get pick up at Gili Islands?
Basically you have to be in Lombok Island the day before trekking, but we also can pick you up at Gili islands with extra charge. Other option, you can book private boat at Gili island to go to bangsal harbor, we will arrange the pick up from Bangsal Harbor (Confirm the time).
How about transport after trekking?
Transport after trekking also included within Lombok Mainland
Can I get drop off to the different location (Not the same as pick up location)?
Yes possible
How about is I want to go to Gili Island, Can I go to Gili Island direct after trekking?
Then we will drop you to bangsal Harbor. Yes you can, normally you will arrive at Bangsal harbor by 4-5pm and still possible to catch the public boat. Other option is using our private speed boat (Available 24 hours) please contact us for more info.
Can I leave my luggage/belonging that I not need during the trek with you or somewhere a safe place at your office?
Yes you can leave at our office in Senaru village (Free of charge) during the trek. Please advise our representative staff.
