This is a 2-day trekking package to Mount Rinjani National Park. The main goal is to visiting Crater Rim Senaru at Mount Rinjani National Park. We will do pick up at the morning of the trek at your hotel anywhere in Lombok Island

If you wish to be pickup at the airport or any place in Lombok the day before, please see our RTC90 - 2 Days Hiking to Crater Rim Senaru (Plus). On this package, we also will provide a guest house at Senaru Village

Itinerary

Start Trekking From Senaru Gate
Senaru village - Tropical Forest - Crater Rim Senaru

Our driver will do pick up at your hotel anywhere in Lombok Island. Pickup time will be based on your hotel location.

You will have a breakfast at our office at senaru village and do a short briefing about the trek. Afterward we will transferring you to National Park Gate at Senaru Village. Before start trekking, you are mandatory to do final registration and scan the QRcode of your Trekking Pass at National Park gate. Please make sure you already have the trekking pass, you can ask our staff or download from your dashboard; prepare your passport for verification too.

The first hours of the trek climb steeply through thick tropical forests Ritch in flora, bird life and a variety of butterflies. You might see orchid and if lucky, the rare black ebony leaf monkey, known locally as Lutung. Rest stops are taken along the way. On normal condition, lunch will serve at Post II.

Lunch at Pos 2 Senaru Mount Rinjani National Park

Expecting to arrive at the Crater Rim campsite by 5pm or before sunset. From the crater rim there are sweeping views across the lake Segara Anak (2,000 m) to the summit of Mt. Rinjani. Within the crater, Mt. Baru Jari ( 2,351m) is an active, last erupting dramatically in 1994 and followed by small eruption on 2004, 2015 and 2016. On a clear evening the Gili Islands, Bali and Mt. Agung can be seen to the west. Crew will set up all necessary gear here (tent, sleeping bag, mattress, pillow and toilet tent) and preparing your dinner.

How do I book the Trekking Package?

It´s easy, just click the trekking package that you wish, pick the date, select the type of package, then the system ask you to fill the number of person and just follow the booking process. It is quick and easy, you can pay by credit card, PayPal, Virtual Account or at Convenience store, and you will receive immediate booking confirmation. You can pay Full Amount or Just 30% Deposit

Can I Pay On location with online booking?

Unfortunately No. Trekking pass and insurance is prepaid and non-refundable. So we need your pre-payment at least 30% to cover this cost.

Do I receive Booking Confirmation?

Yes, as soon as you have completed the booking process you will receive email notification confirming the details of your booking from booking@rinjanitrekkingcenter.com. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes please login to your email provider and check your Spam/Junk folders. Please then mark our email as Safe/Not Junk. Please sign up for user account at our website, easier to track your booking via dashboard.

Can I change the dates of my trekking?

Yes, just advise us by email to info@rinjanitrekkingcenter.com. (this is subject to availability).

Can I cancel my booking?

I am a vegetarian, Can I get vegetarian food?

Yes, please advise us upon booking.

Can I upgrade/Downgrade my whole package or some item of service (ex: room, extra porter) after booking confirmed?

Yes Possible. You have to advise us at least the day before service day.

Can I leave my luggage/belonging that I not need during the trek with you or somewhere a safe place at your office?

Yes you can leave at our office in Senaru village (Free of charge) during the trek. Please advise our representative staff.

Where will I be picked up and what time?

Pick up can be anywhere in Lombok Island. Pickup time will be based on your the hotel location.

Can I be picked up at Gili Island?

Yes you can. It will be an extra charge. You can add this extra service upon creating your booking.
Note: This extra service is using Private Charter Speed boat, the price is per boat (Not Per person). Meeting point at the public harbor

How about the transport after the hiking?

Included on the package price. Can be to anywhere in Lombok Island. The Drop Off location can be different then the pick up address

Can I go to Gili Island or Bali Island in the same day of the hike end?

Go to Gili Island by public boat is possible directly after the hike. You can get the last public boat at 5pm (Normally you will arrive at the bangsal harbor by 3 or 4 pm). Other option is using our Private Charter Speed boat (Available 24 hours).
Go to Bali Island by Fast boat is possible directly after the hike. You need to book the boat that leave bangsal harbor by 4pm.
Note: No Guarantee that you can be at the harbor by 3pm, it is depend on your walking speed.
