“We chose the 2-day/1-night package to the volcano's crater. What can I say except that everything was perfect. - The two porters: They were perfect! Always smiling and always ready to welcome us at each stage of the trek. - The guide: Pendi was very kind and gentle throughout the trek. We had many interesting conversations! He speaks excellent English with a great accent! He took excellent care of us. Thanks to him, we had a wonderful human adventure. - The food: Each meal was more delicious than the last, and very generous! Furthermore, I have a dairy allergy (a complicated diet), and they adapted perfectly without any problems or reminders, which is very rare. - The transportation: We were coming from Gili Air and returning to Kuta Lombok. We didn't wait a single second anywhere. All the vehicles/boats were there before us at each of our stops. - The welcome at the agency: a welcome breakfast of pancakes, then the manager played guitar for us as we left with our guide. “The trekking tour 3D2N was a beautiful tour alongside the Rinjani crater and its lake. Our tour guides, Wadi and Pendi, and the team of porters took good care of us. We really appreciated the diverse food (3 warm meals a day, all different), tents and equipment were very clean. Although the trekking tour itself is a challenging hike, and strong winds lead to damage to our tents, we always felt safe and everyone took care that and made sure we were satisfied.
