“(Abholservice auf Lombok und Übernachtung im Guesthouse vor der Tour) auf den Mount Rinjani Summit gemacht und waren super zufrieden. Die Organisation war sehr gewissenhaft, die Einweisung durch das Team vor Ort super, Guide und Porter waren sehr freundlich, haben wahnsinnig gut gekocht und auch unser Zelt direkt für uns vorbereitet. Unser Guide hat sich beim Tempo der Wanderung gut an uns angepasst und die gestellte Ausrüstung war in gutem Zustand. Besonders gut war auch der gebuchte Transport zu den Gili Islands nach der Wanderung, unser Fahrer hat sichergestellt, dass wir gut auf das bestellte Boot kommen und ist erst dann heim gefahren. Vielen Dank dafür und wir würden jederzeit wieder wieder kommen!”

“As a solo traveler, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The trek was flawlessly organized from start to finish, thanks to my amazing guide Guntur and the two incredible porters Ishak and Munir. Guntur was patient, knowledgeable, and always made sure I felt safe and confident throughout the climb. Ishak and Munir were incredibly strong and professional — and they cooked amazing meals at every stop, which made the experience even more enjoyable after long days of hiking. The logistics, meals, and camp setup were perfect, and every detail was handled smoothly. The ascent to the summit was tough but deeply rewarding, with breathtaking views that made all the effort worthwhile. “I have informed myself in advance and consciously chose this agency. Putu always answered my questions quickly via WA and helped me with the organization of the tour or booking! Unfortunately, the second participant (2 min Pax) cancelled the night before the tour. Therefore, I was offered a day later to join the tour, I would be provided a room for free. Unfortunately, I was not able to attend a day later (my visa expired). So Putu set up everything and booked me on another tour. Since we decided to cancel the tour due to the murderous effort after day 2 (and not to do 3 days), Putu kindly booked me a room for the night (which I am back too early) free of charge. He also made sure that I had my return transfer early the next day and did not have to wait extra for the returning group. All in all, I can say that Putu did everything to make the tour possible for me and to satisfy me around it. Thanks for that!”
